JAHTARA only collects the details needed to give you accurate product guidance, quotations and after-sales support. This policy explains what we receive, how we use it, and the choices you have.
In simple terms: we use your contact details to help you with your enquiry and to support what you buy. We look at anonymous website activity to understand which products people are interested in, and we never sell your information to anyone.
When you call, message us on WhatsApp, or send a consultation or quote request through this website, we receive the details you choose to share. That normally includes your name, phone number, email address, the products you are interested in and any notes you add about your site or requirements.
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, confirm product availability and pricing, recommend or coordinate with an independent technician where needed, and follow up on orders, delivery and warranty support. We also keep basic records so we can refer back to a previous conversation.
This site records general activity so we can see which products and pages visitors find useful. That information is kept anonymous: your browser is given a random identifier, and we count page visits, product views and product likes against it. We do not attach your name, email address, phone number or IP address to that activity, and any analytics shared with our reporting tools are sent as a scrambled (hashed) reference that cannot be traced back to you.
We share only what is necessary to serve you. If installation or specialist work is involved and you agree, we pass the relevant site and contact details to the independent technician being recommended. Our hosting, messaging and analytics providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or trade customer information to anyone.
Enquiry and order details are kept only for as long as they are useful for serving you, honouring warranty support, or meeting our accounting and record-keeping obligations. When there is no longer a reason to keep a record, we remove it.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. You can also clear the stored website identifier through your browser settings, which resets your anonymous activity history. Nothing about this affects your ability to call or WhatsApp us directly.
